Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for eligible items under the following conditions:

  • Returns must be made within 28 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging, including all tags.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.

Refund Policy

  • Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your item is damaged, defective, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, including original postage.

  • Change of Mind Returns: If you no longer want the item, we will refund the product price excluding original postage costs, provided it meets our return conditions.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Personalized/custom-made items and underwear cannot be returned unless faulty.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.


Exchanges

  • If available, return your original item, and we will send a replacement.


Late or Missing Refunds
